  1. Create an account on genuine email marketing software like (MailChimp, brevo, and mailatmars )
  2. Add a valid sender profile for sending emails (it has been a domain like mailatmars.com,mailchimp.com)
  3. upload email list on email marketing software.
  4. Design email template in a text editor, HTML editor, or pre-built software editor.
  5. Scheduled email campaign with subject line and preview text.
  6. Review campaign analytics

Your business needed a genuine email marketing software account.  I recommend not using any type of hosted service like you can set up a bulk mail server. There is a chance that your TCP port is closed off your servers or it will be suspended when any issue is reported on cloud providers. Upload Email list on email software.

Email marketing software supports various sources of contact upload like API, CSV files, Copy-paste, and integration. Using a CSV file you can upload an email list in bulk and also help to map your contact according to the email list table schemas.

  • Go to lists > contact lists.
  • Click on New Lists.
  • Enter your unique list name without special characters and click on Create list.

Types of campaign
  1. Campaign : You can send all emails in one attempt if you have 10k email contacts then the system sends 10k emails at a scheduled time. Also, you can able to split the list and send emails in a batch list if you have 10k emails in the list and select a 10-hour time interval then the system sends emails 1k per hour ( for higher inbox deliverability)
  2. Drip campaign: The drip campaign gives the ability to set a series of email campaigns on the same list example. After you can schedule the first email you can also set the email after 1 day, after the second email sends you can also set the email for after 2 days. You can set all email series at a scheduled time no need to set a camapign every day.

Step-By-Step guide to email campaign Creation

 

  1. Go to campaign > campaigns on the left side menu
  2. and click on the Create campaign button
  3. Select email camapign type either ( normal, drip, or A/B testing )
  4. Fill out the details of the campaign in four steps.
    • Add a valid sending and reply email profile. For sending the profile need to select the verified domain name. 
    • Select the contact list and also apply the filter if you send only for particular segments
    • Add subject and preview line (mailatmars support Emoji and subject line personalization featuer)
    • Select the email template that you build on mailatmars.
  5. Click on the sheduled button on top of the screen.
  6. Select the date time and hour if you select batch campaign.
  7. Click on the schedule now button.

 

What is a batch campaign?

if you have large contacts in your campaign list recommend batch campaign is the best suitable sending system for your campaign. Partition of your list and send every partition on an hourly basis.

Example: contact list size is 20000 contacts and you select 10 hours of completion then mailatmars send 2000 emails every batch for 10 hour
